The new X310 robot vacuum from Veridian offers a tremendous value and features found on more expensive robot vacuums. Intelligent sensors offer superior collision and fall protection while simultaneously detecting different floor types and can even determine if a floor is clean or dirty. Intelligent power usage offers optimal cleaning times and provides more or less suction as needed for different floors. A washable HEPA filter prevents dust, dirt and allergens from polluting the air in your home. Even the dust bin is easy to remove and empty. When the X310 robot vacuum is done cleaning, it finds its way back to the charging station so that it's ready for the next cleaning.

Stops working, no support

Stopped working randomly. Always lost. Really bad. Mold in the water area for mopping which is worse for allergies and health than anything else. I hope the company will work with me to replace parts and help fix the issues. It seems this is the only robot vacuum/mop (mopping is critical for allergens and dust) that has HEPA filter but when cleaning dustbin/ filter all the dirt gets back into air anyway. So not sure how this is true HEPA.
