UP3000 filter - just ok

Bought two for my home. They're mostly quiet but the "pre filter" doesn't fit properly and doesn't match the info on the instructions sheet.
The instructions manual for this air filter is pathetic. Basically says to plug in and turn on. ZERO other info.
